I have got my personal computer since Feburary of this yr and my SD card reader stop working. It acquired proved helpful for all these weeks and all of a sudden stop.

The SD card functions good on various other computer systems, and I possess checked Gadget Supervisor and it shows that the slot is working properly and is usually up to time. When I put the SD cárd, the safely éject mark pops upward and the SD card shows up. When I click on on it, it states, 'Please insert Storage.'

I have a Dell 15 5000 Series (Intel(R)) - 5559. This morning i went to insert a SD card in the side but nothing is recognized (The SD card is recognized by another laptop). I tried doing all the windows updates through device manager but still after resetting the laptop it still does not recognize any SD card inserted. My dell laptop not showing the memory card which inserted in SD-MMC-MS SLOT before it is worked properly but it is not showing kindly help me This thread is locked. My card is unlocked and functions great on various other computer systems. At this time my pc still had Windows Vista 64 bit.

I simply recently improved to Windows 7 64 bit and I set up it correctly(whiIe online) ánd it still provides the exact same problem. I do find the card viewer drivers and down loaded it off of Dell't driver site. Still not working! Dell told me that théy can't help me since I retail Windows 7 and they can just assist me if I reinstall Home windows Windows vista.

But the problem did take place before I installed windows 7! They told me to reinstall home windows vista and/ór 7 and download the card readers car owner BEFORE I insert and consider to make use of my SD Credit card. Is usually this correct?

Please assist me and I would extremely much apprectiate it.
